Brunel International is seeking an Inspection Coordinator for a 12-month renewable contract based in Rotterdam, starting ASAP. Responsibilities

  • As an Inspection Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all equipment, materials, and processes meet stringent industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing inspection activities to guarantee compliance and safety across complex offshore operations.
  • Your duties will include developing inspection plans, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and third-party inspectors, maintaining detailed documentation, and managing issue resolution effectively.
  • You will also liaise with vendors to ensure their inspection procedures align with project standards, providing regular updates to project management and quality assurance stakeholders.
  • This role demands strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure within a high-profile and fast-paced environment.

Is this you?

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical discipline
  • Relevant certifications in inspection or quality assurance
  • Proven experience in inspection coordination or quality assurance, preferably within the oil and gas or offshore energy sectors
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality control plans
  • Experience in expediting, regulatory management, inspection, testing, commissioning, and monitoring activities
  • Familiarity with SBM product knowledge, purchasing tools, package management, and third-party relations management is advantageous
  • Proficiency in inspection management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
