Introduction

About this role

Assist the department for all matters related to architectural input into the design process for Project(s) and Programme Projects including roads, bridges, drainage systems, utilities, and buildings
Ensure and review design compliance related to Projects
Review various designs throughout the lifetime of a project
Assist and provide technical expertise and consultation (constructability) in the design, contract development/bidding, and construction phases of projects
Apply international design standards across various projects
For any in-house design projects create design and prepare drawings, plans, specifications, landscaping, and interior work in compliance with architectural standards, codes, and regulations
Assist in the review of developed scale and identify critical issues and provide suggestions to overcoming these or recommend alternatives.
Interface regularly and assist with external & internal coordination throughout the design and construction phases.
Performance of other related duties as per management instructions

BSc/BEng degree in related Engineering field from a recognized university.
Professional qualification RIBA or equivalent is desirable
10 years of demonstrable relevant experience in Architectural field projects, with satisfactory experience in all related disciplines.
Proven Knowledge of design codes and construction practices related to buildings projects
Proven Experience in design of infrastructure and building projects
