About this role

As the Domain Technical Lead, you'll provide technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle, partnering closely with product teams, architects and key stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. You'll mentor engineers, drive engineering best practices, and play a key role in designing and implementing modern cloud-based applications.

  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
  • Define technical architecture and solution design.
  • Drive best practices across software engineering and DevOps.
  • Conduct code reviews and support engineering capability uplift.
  • Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure applications are secure, scalable and maintainable.
  • Support the delivery of digital, data and AI initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement and technical innovation.

Is this you?

  • Strong experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Developer or Principal Engineer.
  • Extensive hands-on development experience with:
    • C#
    • React
    • TypeScript
    • Azure Cloud
  • Strong background in software architecture and solution design.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD and modern engineering practices.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications.

Highly Regarded

  • Experience with data, analytics or AI platforms.
  • Enterprise integration experience, including SAP integrations.
  • Mining, resources, asset management or operational technology experience.
  • Exposure to architecture frameworks and enterprise environments
