How workforce partnerships drive industrial transformation
In energy, we’re supporting Inch Cape Offshore Wind, one of Scotland’s largest renewable projects — delivering clean power to more than half the country’s homes. In technology, we’re working alongside Siemens, a global leader in industrial digitalisation, to connect advanced digital platforms with real-world operations.

Powering energy transition
Building one of Scotland’s largest offshore wind farms means tackling challenges that span continents — from supply chain complexity to quality oversight at scale.
Once complete, Inch Cape will generate enough clean electricity to power more than half of Scotland’s homes. Success depends on trusted global partnerships and with fabrication shifting to China — local expertise became critical.
