A highly respected national builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a significant hospital development involving both new build construction and vertical expansion works.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a complex, high-profile project and work alongside one of the strongest project delivery teams in the industry.

About this role

  • Manage all day-to-day site operations from construction through to completion.
  • Lead site teams, Foremen, subcontractors, and consultants.
  • Drive programme outcomes while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate complex construction activities within an operational healthcare environment.
  • Manage site logistics, sequencing, and stakeholder interfaces.
  • Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with project specifications and compliance requirements.
  • Foster a positive and high-performing site culture.

Is this you?

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering large-scale commercial construction projects.
  • Health, education, or complex institutional project experience highly regarded.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent understanding of safety, programme management, and quality systems.
  • Ability to manage large site teams and multiple work fronts simultaneously.
