An opportunity has become available for an experienced Site Manager to join a highly respected Queensland builder delivering an industrial new build project.

With a strong reputation for successfully delivering large-scale industrial, logistics, warehousing, and commercial developments, our client continues to secure repeat work from some of Australia's most recognised developers and private clients.

About this role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of a major industrial new build project, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all on-site construction activities from commencement through to practical completion.
  • Coordinating subcontractors and site teams to achieve programme milestones.
  • Driving site safety performance and ensuring compliance with WHS requirements.
  • Managing site logistics, sequencing of works, and construction methodologies.
  • Monitoring project progress and proactively resolving site issues.
  • Maintaining quality standards and overseeing inspections and defect management.
  • Working closely with the Project Manager, Engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Leading site meetings and fostering a positive, high-performing site culture.

  • Proven Site Management experience delivering industrial, logistics, commercial, or construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and work fronts simultaneously.
