About this role

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Site Administrator to join a major infrastructure project in Tullamarine. Working on a large-scale data centre build, you will play a key role supporting the site team with coordination, administration, documentation and day-to-day project support to help ensure smooth project delivery.

This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys being organised, thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities while supporting a busy project team.

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the site and project teams
  • Coordinating site documentation, reports and project records
  • Scheduling meetings, preparing minutes and managing stakeholder communications
  • Assisting with procurement coordination and tracking project requirements
  • Supporting resource coordination to ensure site teams have what they need when required
  • Monitoring project documentation and assisting with project close-out activities
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards
  • Supporting the wider project team to help maintain schedules and deliverables

Is this you?

  • Previous experience in a Site Administrator, Project Administrator or Coordinator role
  • Experience working within construction, infrastructure, electrical or industrial projects highly regarded
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document control systems
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a collaborative project team
  • Calm, professional and solutions-focused approach
