Introduction

On behalf of our client, a World Leading Energy Company, Brunel is presently recruiting a Senior Planner / Scheduler - Asset Retirement to develop and maintain the integrated Asset Retirement Schedule across mobilisation, pre-works, shut-in/hydrocarbon freeing, execution and remediation. This will be a 12 month contract, offering flexible working arrangements, based in the Perth CBD.

About this role

You will be responsible for building and updating Primavera 6 Schedules, establishing baselines, tracking progress, reporting critical path and resource forecasts.

  • Develop, maintain and optimise Primavera P6 schedules for Asset Retirement Projects
  • Establish schedule baselines, track progress, report critical paths and forecast resource requirements
  • Coordinate closely with multi-functional stakeholders including Decommissioning Team Leads, Discipline Coordinators, Production, Support Functions, Cost Teams and Management
  • Support integration of planning with cost, assurance and lessons learned processes
  • Drive Continuous Improvement in scheduling processes and reporting tools

Is this you?

  • Primavera P6 scheduling expertise for large-scale, complex projects
  • Integrated planning experience for decommissioning/shutdown scopes
  • Stakeholder coordination across multi-functional teams
  • Power BI or similar reporting tool experience
  • Previous resource leveling and manning histogram reporting
  • Familiarity supporting cost integration and assurance
  • Be proactive and detail-oriented working across Technical Teams
  • Ability to challenge assumptions
