Vereisten

A Master's degree in Software Development, Informatics, or a closely related field, combined with over 15 years of experience as a lead software architect in high-tech environments.
Extensive expertise in architectural principles and practices specific to semiconductor and high-tech equipment industries, with a strong focus on real-time software and operating systems.
A proven ability to define, implement, and sustain architectural roadmaps that align with the growth and strategic goals of software organizations.
Demonstrated success in managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously while balancing leadership responsibilities with empowering team autonomy and creativity.
Comfort and experience working in multidisciplinary environments, often involving diverse stakeholder groups, including executive-level decision-makers.
Fluency in English is essential for effective communication, and knowledge of Dutch is considered an advantage, enabling better collaboration in certain projects.
