Functieomschrijving

In this role, you'll lead complex multidisciplinary innovation projects that directly improve the quality, safety, and performance of medical devices and applications.

  • Lead the successful delivery of complex, multidisciplinary innovation projects across various business units and functions.
  • Drive cross-functional teams-spanning software, hardware, supply chain, and regulatory-to ensure timely and compliant project execution.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of healthcare technology projects, including post-launch modifications, quality improvements, and industrialization.
  • Ensure all project activities meet healthcare quality and regulatory standards, including CE and QMS requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational objectives.

Vereisten

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management).
  • At least 8 years of project management experience in international or corporate environments.
  • Proven record of delivering complex multidisciplinary projects successfully.
  • Experience with quality improvement activities (e.g. CAPAs).
  • Solid understanding of medical device regulations, compliance, and industry standards.
  • PMP or equivalent certification (preferred).

  • Annual salary of up to €90,000, based on experience, excluding 8% holiday allowance.
