Do you want to make a real impact on how software teams collaborate, deliver, and grow? As Scrum Master, you'll play a key role in guiding multiple teams within our evolving agile framework. You'll facilitate agile ceremonies, streamline processes, and optimize tools so that teams can perform at their very best.

What will you do?

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives) and make sure action points lead to measurable improvements.
  • Act as a servant-leader: remove obstacles, support collaboration, and help teams reach peak performance.
  • Serve as the go-to person for Jira, agile tooling, and quality improvement initiatives, while also liaising with relevant external partners.
  • Track and analyze agile metrics to drive continuous improvement and promote transparency across teams.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and leadership to refine processes and strengthen agile practices.

Vereisten

You are a proactive facilitator who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys empowering teams to do their best work. You're a strong communicator who values transparency, collaboration, and accountability. In addition, you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting multiple agile software teams.
  • A proven track record in guiding teams through Scrum and other agile frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of the Atlassian suite, including Jira (bonus if you know Jira Automations and REST API).
  • Proficiency in agile metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
