Introductie

Do you want to take the lead in developing impactful consumer campaigns across Western Europe? In this strategic role, you will be responsible for executing best-in-class activations across media, PR, and influencer channels. You will translate the communication strategy into clear activation guidelines and boost campaign performance using actionable insights and best practice sharing

What will you do?

  1. Own and drive regional campaigns within your category. You'll lead the annual campaign planning, monitor execution, and steer performance in collaboration with local markets, regional teams, and Centres of Excellence.
  2. Develop and implement the Media, PR, and Influencer strategy for the region. You'll define key strategic principles ("golden rules") and translate them into actionable activation guidelines, ensuring they are embraced across all markets.
  3. Connect, inspire, and coach stakeholders across the region. You'll promote adoption of regional guidelines and performance insights through workshops, best practice sharing, and 1:1 coaching. You'll act as the go-to person for media and PR in your category.
  4. Lead with data and insight. You'll own the regional test-and-learn agenda, contribute to bi-annual insights reporting (Book of Media & PR Insights - BOMI), and ensure performance tracking and learnings are captured and implemented across the region.

Vereisten

You are a driven professional with a strong strategic mindset and a passion for consumer campaigns. You know how to turn insights into activation and are comfortable working with internal teams, agencies, and international stakeholders. In addition, you have:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in (digital) marketing, media, analytics, or campaign management.
  • A proven track record in translating marketing strategies into full-funnel, multichannel, multi-country campaign plans.
  • Strong knowledge of the media and influencer landscape, including experience with platforms like DV360, Google Ads, GA4, and Facebook Ad Manager.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Business fluency in English; fluency in an additional European language is a plus.
