Introductie

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PCB Designer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing printed circuit boards for electronic products. This role requires a strong understanding of PCB design principles, electronic components, and CAD tools.

Functieomschrijving

  • Design multilayer PCB layouts based on schematics and mechanical constraints.

  • Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to meet design requirements.

  • Interpret and create schematic diagrams using ECAD tools.

  • Select appropriate PCB materials, components, and routing strategies for performance and manufacturability.

  • Ensure designs comply with industry standards (e.g., IPC) and internal guidelines.

  • Generate fabrication and assembly documentation (Gerber files, BOMs, pick and place files, etc.).

  • Participate in design reviews and implement feedback to improve product quality.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PCB design and manufacturing.

Vereisten

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in PCB design or layout engineering.

  • Proficiency in PCB design software (e.g., Altium Designer, KiCAD, Eagle, OrCAD).

  • Solid understanding of PCB fabrication and assembly processes.

  • Familiarity with signal integrity, EMI/EMC practices, and DFM/DFT principles.

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
