Introduction

This role will report to Commercial Head of Asia and be responsible for selling company products to resolve customers' technical issues. Support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and company internal teams. Focusing on technical presentation and performing project specify-in process. The role will deal with customers who are end users (From Oil & Gas and others) and EPCs.

What are you going to do 

  • Create and deploy a medium/long term business strategy.
  • Forward sales negotiations in compliance with company directives.
  • Consolidate business relationships with existing customers by providing technical-commercial support.
  • Generate potential contacts (leads) for possible promotion to prospects.
  • Constantly update the CRM.
  • Prepare reports and sales statistics on a well-defined range of customers
  • Recovering customers who have stopped buying, increasing customer loyalty below a defined turnover value.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • 8+ years of experience in sales management or business management in ATEX sector.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in electrical or related area.
  • Familiar with end users and EPCs in Oil & Gas industry and other related.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English and Chinese Language skill
