Introduction

On behalf of our client, a World Leading Energy Company, Brunel is presently recruiting a Turnaround Material Coordinator. This role is critical in ensuring the successful coordination, planning, execution, and close-out of turnaround materials and logistics. This will be a contract role up to Dec 2027, initially site based on a 2:2, roster until Dec 2026 to then transition to the Perth office in 2027.

About this role

  • Coordinate TAR materials planning and readiness activities
  • Build and validate BOMs within JDE ERP system
  • Coordinate long-lead procurement activities with SCM Teams
  • Manage material readiness reporting and tracking
  • Coordinate kitting, staging, freight and warehouse activities
  • Supervise 3rd party contractor personnel during execution phases
  • Oversee material issuing, receiving, returns and reconciliation
  • Support TAR close-out, inventory recovery, audits and lessons learned reporting

Is this you?

  • Previous experience in materials management, warehousing or supply chain coordination within Oil & Gas, LNG, Mining or Heavy Industrial sectors
  • Demonstrated turnaround / shutdown materials management experience
  • Experience supervising contractor workforces in FIFO or industrial environments
  • Garner Modules (TQ/PQ, NCR, Order Management, IRIS)
  • Freight App, VOR, ChemAlert, SMART by GEP
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly proficient in ERP systems experience JDE
  • Working knowledge of TAR planning tools including Primavera P6 or EcoSys
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in schedule-driven environments
