Technical Foreman (Diving/ROV)

Introduction
Responsible as VMT for T&I Subsea execution activities.
To interface with EPC contractor offshore team on matters related to saturation, air diving and ROV scope of work
Supervise and monitor the contractor to ensure subsea operations activities are conducted safely and in compliance with contractual agreement and industry best standards
Provide Subsea technical support to the Shared Services Integrated T&I Organization & PMT
Intensive engagement with contractor’s installation team on work procedure development, constructability and activities risk assessment
Review contractor Subsea related work procedure ; diving, ROV, flexible installation
This position is offshore based however, personnel are required to travel to other worksite when requested by Shared resources & PMT
The personal will be assigned company shift supervisor onboard DSV/ CSV
Working in a challenging major project environment. Develop and maintain constructive and positive relationship with all project stakeholder personnel to achieved assigned goal.
Lead and promote safe delivery of construction activities within approved procedure and schedule
Assist with problem solving utilizing prior experience
Exhibits team leadership skills, integrity, self-confidence, fairness.
Main focal point on subsea activities at assigned worksite
Implementing the Construction Surveillance Program for subsea operation and installation to confirm that construction activities are compliant related approved specifications and procedures; work procedure, QHSE documents etc.
Assistshare resources team and PMTwith planning, procedure review and technical support of matters involving diving and ROV operation.
Assistshare resources team and PMTwith planning, procedure review and technical support of matters involving Subsea installation, and flexible product installation.
Acts as the focal point between the operator and the contractor particularly for offshore SIMOPS and PTW interface.
Trained and qualified as COMPANY host for endorsing PTW
Participates in the development of all work documents to ensure that all parties have a clear understanding of diving (SAT/Air)and ROV activities
Responsible for the emergency response and incident reporting for DCIs and treatment protocols.
Undertakes daily walk-through observations of operational areas, to check on progress, safety and housekeeping.
Attend daily vessel shift meeting
Ensures that any events evaluated during Risk assesment processes, or that are raised during safety meetings, are stewarded and closed prior to the start of each critical scope.
Promote COMPANY safety and quality expectations at worksite
Keep detail dairy covering offshore activities and contribute to project lesson learnt program.
Participate in root cause investigation andincident investigation for diving and ROV activities
Is this you?
Diving Supervisor certification from the IMCA or equilavant
OPITO approved BOSIET and Medical for offshore assignment
Minimum 10 years experience in offshore commercial diving (Saturation & Air Diving) and ROV operation, of which at least 5 years as technical foreman / shift supervisor onboard DP2 DSV/ CSV.
Broad knowledge on international ROV and diving standards and regulations.
Up to date knowledge on industry subsea installation and repair techniques.
Good experience with Cable / Umbilical lay installation from DP2 DSV / CSV
Broad knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with offshore greenfield and brownfield modifications and working within a gas production facility.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong technical and problem solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in spoken and written English
Good coordination, influencing and interface skills.
