Introduction

About this role

  • Conduct construction set-out, topographic, end-of-month and as-built surveys.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to support accurate project delivery.
  • Process and analyse survey data, preparing reports and project documentation.
  • Operate and maintain Total Stations, GPS/GNSS equipment and surveying software.
  • Ensure all surveying activities meet project specifications and HSEQ requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with engineers, project managers and site teams to deliver practical surveying solutions.
  • Support and mentor junior surveyors where required.
  • Contribute to safe work practices, continuous improvement and quality project outcomes.

Is this you?

  • Previous surveying experience within civil construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience undertaking construction set-out and as-built surveys.
  • Proficiency with Total Stations, GPS/GNSS equipment and survey software, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • The ability to interpret engineering drawings and construction specifications.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within project teams.
  • A commitment to safety, quality and delivering accurate survey outcomes.

Essential Requirements

  • Australian Working Rights.
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence.
  • White Card.
  • Police Clearance (or ability to obtain).
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) and AROC highly regarded but not essential.
