About this role

As a Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing multiple custom home projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard of quality. You'll oversee all site activities, coordinate trades and suppliers, and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.

  • Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple projects
  • Coordinate and schedule trades, suppliers, and deliveries
  • Ensure all builds meet high-end custom finishes and quality expectations
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and safety compliance
  • Conduct site inspections, handovers, and defect management
  • Liaise with clients, project managers, and the office team to maintain smooth communication
  • Lead and motivate site teams to deliver exceptional results

Is this you?

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional homes.

  • 3+ years experience as a Site Supervisor in custom / high-end residential builds (including new builds, renovations, and extensions)
  • QBCC Supervisor License
  • Local knowledge and experience in Brisbane and/or Sunshine Coast areas
  • Strong understanding of building codes, safety, and quality standards
  • Ability to hit the ground running and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional results
