Brunel are supporting a client looking for a EHS Manager based in Chonburi.

You will have the opportunity to lead and implement Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) programs on a construction project. This role ensures compliance with legal requirements, project EHS standards, risk management processes, incident prevention, environmental compliance, and workforce safety performance

About this role

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, implement, and maintain the Construction Environmental, Health and Safety Program (CEHSP).

* Lead site EHS planning, risk assessments (JHA, RAMS, PTP), and permit-to-work systems.

* Monitor EHS compliance for contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.

* Conduct site inspections, audits, and corrective action tracking.

* Manage incident reporting, investigation, root cause analysis, and lessons learned programs.

* Lead safety training, onboarding, emergency response planning, and drills.

* Ensure compliance with PPE, work at height, excavation, lifting, electrical safety, confined space, and hazardous materials requirements.

* Monitor environmental compliance, waste management, air quality, noise, water, and spill prevention programs.

* Prepare EHS reports, KPI dashboards, and monthly performance submissions.

* Participate in leadership meetings and coordinate with client, project management, and regulatory authorities

Is this you?

Qualifications:

* Minimum 10 years of construction safety management experience.

* Advanced professional EHS certification.

* Experience in data center, mission-critical, power, renewable energy, or major infrastructure projects.

* Experience managing EHS programs on large industrial, infrastructure, substation, energy, data center, EPC, or construction projects.

* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

* Formal safety qualifications such as OSHA, NEBOSH, CSCA, VCA, or equivalent.

* Management and leadership training
