Qatar Company IT Dept. provides services to approx.1500 staff located in Mesaieed plant & Doha head office.
RFP Purpose
Qatar Company is looking to establish a contract for IT Support services for the below roles for the period of five years.

About this role

Analyzing and reporting upon SharePoint usage and activity
Managing and checking the overall application health and functionality
Regular review of the events and messages reported in Event Viewer and Performance Monitor
Checking for SharePoint patches and cumulative updates
Providing on-going support of SharePoint systems including resolution of application systems incidents, root cause analysis of problems, impact analysis and planning of proposed system upgrades and patches
Development of New share point Applications.

Each member of staff shall have a minimum of five years of experience working in an IT Service Desk environment along with technical support based on ITIL best practices guidelines in the Oil & Gas sector.
Familiar working experience in ITSM platform ServiceNow.
CONTRACTOR shall provide staff with relevant experience with the skills as listed as per their job description.
