  • Supporting resource reporting and maintaining geological modelling and estimation processes.

Is this you?

To be successful, you will ideally bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in Geology, Geoscience or a related discipline.
  • Experience in mining or exploration geology, ideally within gold operations.
  • Hands-on experience in geological resource modelling and Mineral Resource Estimation.
  • Strong knowledge of geostatistics and resource estimation techniques, including linear estimation methods.
  • Experience with geological modelling and estimation software, ideally Datamine or Leapfrog.
  • Demonstrated experience in resource model validation, reconciliation and geological interpretation.
  • Strong understanding of drilling, sampling, QA/QC and analytical procedures.
  • Knowledge of Western Australian gold deposits and geological mineralisation controls.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and operational teams.

Experience with recoverable resource estimation, nonlinear estimation methods or conditional simulation would be highly regarded.

What we offer

  • Permanent, Perth-based corporate position.
  • Exposure to multiple WA gold mining operations.
  • Opportunity to take ownership of technically challenging resource estimation work.
  • Direct collaboration with senior technical leadership and operational geology teams.
  • A role where your geological expertise contributes directly to production performance and future resource development.
