About this role

Working closely with clients, consultants and internal delivery teams, you will lead projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring exceptional outcomes across programme, quality, safety and financial performance.

This role will see you delivering complex workplace, hospitality, hotel and commercial projects for some of Australia's most recognised brands and organisations.

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial fitout and refurbishment projects.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts and overall financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain project programmes to ensure key milestones are achieved.
  • Build and manage relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
  • Lead project teams including Project Managers, Site Managers and Contract Administrators.
  • Drive safety, quality and compliance across all stages of project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining programme certainty.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.

Is this you?

  • 6+ years experience as a Senior Project Manager within the Australian construction market.
  • Demonstrated success delivering premium fitout and refurbishment projects valued at $30M+.
  • Experience across workplace, commercial office, hospitality and hotel sectors.
  • Strong commercial, contractual and financial management capabilities.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
