About this role
- Prepare detailed estimates for civil subdivision projects
- Develop first-principles cost build-ups for stormwater, sewer and water pipework
- Develop first-principles cost build-ups for roadworks and bulk earthworks
- Review project documentation, drawings and quantities to develop accurate pricing
- Work through project costs and requirements to ensure estimates are detailed and commercially sound
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors as required throughout the estimating process
Is this you?
- Previous experience as a Senior Estimator within civil construction
- Strong experience estimating civil subdivision projects
- Proven first-principles estimating experience across stormwater, sewer, water pipework, roadworks and bulk earthworks
- Strong understanding of civil construction and project costs
- Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Ability to work through estimates from project documentation through to final pricing
