Introduction

Brunel International is currently looking for a Process Automation Design Engineer for a Petrochemical Company in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design engineering of process automation discipline, including instrumentation, control systems, automated valves and process control network.

About this role

The Process Automation Design Engineer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with work processes, standards and policies. The successful candidate must have experience in application of international standards like ISA, IEC and company specific standards. They must also possess experience in usage of design tools related to sensor and final control elements including Smart Plant Instrumentation.

Is this you?

  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrument Engineering;
  • 6-8 years in petrochemical, refinery or fertilizer plants with detailed instrumentation engineering experience;
  • Experience in application of international standards like ISA, IEC and company specific standards;
  • Experience in usage of design tools related to sensor and final control elements including Smart Plant Instrumentation;
  • Hands on experience on process instruments, control systems and process control network;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows & MS Office.
