About this role

We are working on behalf of a global leader in industrial manufacturing and automation, seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator for a 15-month fixed-term contract based in Bayswater. Acting as a critical pivot point in the supply chain, responsible for overseeing end-to-end order flows, monitoring complex delivery chains, and coordinating movement logistics.
  • Order Flow & Dispatch Tracking: Process complex commercial orders accurately within SAP, monitoring fulfillment milestones from initial receipt through to dispatch.
  • Supply Chain & Factory Liaison: Serve as the central conduit between local sales divisions, external logistics partners, and global manufacturing plants to secure precise production and delivery dates.
  • Freight & Backorder Management: Proactively track backorders, troubleshoot pipeline delays, and maintain clear transparency with customers regarding delivery schedules.
  • Trade Compliance & Governance: Coordinate essential technical and financial milestones, including credit clearance checks and regulatory export control validation

Is this you?

  • Mandatory operational experience utilizing SAP for inventory tracking, order generation, or supply chain movement.
  • Proven background in logistics coordination, customer service, or order management environments.
  • Familiarity with freight forwarding structures, intra-company movements, or triangular business transactions is highly regarded.
  • Outstanding professional phone manner, rigorous attention to detail, and the ability to confidently navigate high service-level expectations.
