The Onshore Lead Quality E&l & Telecoms is responsible to deliver the implementation of the quality program and activities related to Electrical / Instrumentation and Telecom disciplines.
Coordinate site surveillance and inspection activities to support the execution of the work in accordance with project requirements.

About this role
Leads the program for Company surveillance of Contractor and Subcontractor execution of the work associated with electrical and instrument outfitting, including power distribution and control systems.
Verify project quality requirements and inspection & test procedures for the site installation of I&E equipment and materials.
Monitoring and tracking project deficiencies and reporting E&I Telcom quality KPIs to the management team.
Promotes and monitors key processes such as Deficiency Reporting, Specification Deviation Request, Non-conformance Request, Corrective Action Reports, etc.
Application of project specifications, design codes and procedures for the control of production test programs, IEC and ATEX requirements.
Provide technical input the review of Nonconformance, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and monitor rework as required.
Participate in site acceptance test for Vendor packages.
Works in a dynamic team environment that has high expectations for flawless project execution in safety, quality, and schedule performance which requires the incumbent to demonstrate accuracy, initiative and the ability to multi-task as essential skills.
Is this you?
Associates Engineering or Engineering degree Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 10 years experience with Quality Management Programs and Quality Control activities for execution of mega projects in the Oil & Gas Construction Industry.
Project experience associated with E&I Quality Control activities within the Oil & Gas Construction Industry.
Experience with multi-national contractors, in particular those involved in the construction of LNG production facilities,
Assertive Quality management leadership skills. Must be capable of communicating E&I quality requirements, results and status throughout Company and contractor management and craft labor levels.
Considerable relevant experience in the construction of onshore Oil & Gas installations.
Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Strong planning, organizational and prioritizing skills.
Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
Good communication skills.
Good computer literacy skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
