The Onshore Lead of Quality Process is responsible to ensure the effective implementation of the Project Quality program at the Contractor’s home office and construction site at Ras Laffan.
The Lead of Quality Process maintains a close working relationship with the Contractor’s quality team and provides input to the quality program for execution of site work associated with the process areas
The operating environment is dynamic and challenging, requiring a high degree of personal commitment and organization

About this role
Implements the NFW Onshore Project Interface Management tool to coordinate and other Contractor activities for effectively managing and organizing physical interfaces.
Develop and maintain the Project's Interface Management Plan (IMP) for internal interfaces.
The position is responsible for managing the interfaces between other Contractor and existing LNG operating assets.
Conduct interface management workshops with the Project Owners and Stakeholders to address physical interfaces and management processes.
Provides a single point of contact for information development and transfer between the Project and the LNGinternal interfacing organizations.
Assures interfaces between the Project and the internal interfacing organizations are defined, developed and documented in a timely manner consistent with project needs.
Is this you?
10 years’ experience with Quality Management Programs and Quality Control activities for execution of mega projects in the Oil & Gas Construction Industry.
Preferred: Associates Engineering or Engineering degree Metallurgical, Welding, Mechanical or Science.
Experience with multi-national contractors & vendors, in particular those involved in the construction of LNG Plants and facilities.
Strong coordination skills, extensive quality experience in responsible roles on major oil & gas engineering & construction projects
Experienced in facilitating & coordinating efforts to troubleshoot project issues.
Experience with conducting audits and assessments of work processes and procedures.
Experience with LNG plant construction including pneumatic testing, preservation procedures and flange management.
A thorough knowledge of codes and standards in relation to site construction and working within a structured Quality Management System
Must be capable of positive decision-making & demonstrating a high level of judgement & responsibility
