Our client is seeking an experienced MEM Mechanical Maintainer to join a high-performing maintenance team supporting a large-scale Pilbara mining operation. Working across a diverse fleet of heavy mobile equipment, you will play a key role in maintaining fleet reliability, maximising equipment availability, and supporting safe and efficient mining operations. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will perform a broad range of maintenance activities across haul trucks, wheel loaders, graders, water carts, and ancillary mining equipment. The role will see you completing scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, component replacements, and major equipment inspections in accordance with site standards and OEM requirements. You will be responsible for diagnosing and rectifying mechanical, hydraulic, powertrain, and pneumatic faults, ensuring equipment is returned to service safely and efficiently. This will involve troubleshooting complex equipment issues, carrying out repairs in the field and workshop environments, and working closely with planners and operations personnel to minimise downtime and optimise fleet performance. Key responsibilities will include: Completing planned maintenance, statutory inspections, and shutdown work on heavy mobile mining equipment. Performing breakdown diagnostics, fault finding, and corrective maintenance activities. Carrying out component change-outs including engines, transmissions, differentials, wheel motors, hydraulic cylinders, pumps, and associated systems. Conducting routine inspections to identify defects, wear patterns, and emerging equipment issues before they impact production. Servicing and maintaining hydraulic, lubrication, cooling, fuel, braking, and steering systems. Interpreting technical manuals, schematics, OEM documentation, and maintenance procedures to support repair activities. Ensuring all maintenance work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with site safety and operational requirements. Accurately documenting maintenance activities, defect reports, work orders, and equipment history records within SAP. Senior Mining Engineer

This is an opportunity for an experienced underground Mining Engineer to join a highly technical Life of Mine Studies team, supporting a globally significant, large-scale underground copper project as it progresses through Pre-Feasibility. The position will suit someone with a strong background in underground metalliferous mining, mine planning and scheduling, who enjoys solving complex technical problems and wants to take greater ownership of long-term planning and studies work. The project involves technically complex underground mining and caving methods, providing the successful candidate with exposure to a highly specialised mining environment. Previous block cave or caving experience would be highly regarded; however, it is not essential. The priority is finding a technically capable underground Mining Engineer with strong planning, scheduling and Deswik experience who can successfully transition their skills into the caving environment. This is not a traditional production-focused Senior Mining Engineer position. The role is centred around long-term technical planning, scheduling, mine design, studies and evaluation of future mining options. Key Responsibilities Working closely with the Principal Mining Engineer, Studies Manager and wider technical team, you will: Develop, review and optimise underground mine plans and schedules. Undertake Life of Mine (LOM), long-term and strategic mine planning. Develop and assess underground development and production schedules. Use Deswik, particularly Deswik.Sched and Deswik.CAD, to develop and evaluate mine plans, designs and schedules.
