Our Tier 1 client, one of the world's largest iron ore producers and a global leader in green energy innovation, is seeking an experienced Fitter with a strong Heavy Duty maintenance background to join their workshop team
Details:
Location - Local based role in HazelemereHours - Monday to Friday, 10 hour days
Pay rates - $85-$100/hour + super based on previous experience
About this role
Duties:

Perform disassembly, inspection, repair, rebuild and assembly of heavy mobile equipment components

Conduct accurate measurements, inspections and assessments to determine component condition and serviceability

Identify faults, wear patterns and root causes, and provide feedback to supervisors and reliability teams.
Is this you?
- Previous CAT experience, CAT 793/797 fleet
- Experience with component rebuilds
- Trade Qualification
- Forklift & Dogging ticket - highly desirable
- Current Driving Licence
