Introduction
Brunel is seeking a Drilling Completion Superintendent to work in a 2- year contract with one of our clients, a big player in the oil and gas industry. This position will work in a 28x28 days rotation in (8 hours per day, 7 days per week), at the office in Paramaribo, Suriname (offshore assignments may happen occasionally during the contract).
About this role
- Supporting Drilling Assets within the Drilling and Wells department
- Ensuring operational readiness, support operations within Asset and deliver wells within the budget and time within the Drilling and Wells department
- Work closely with Lead Drilling Engineer during wells preparation for operations and execution stage
- Accountable as Drilling & Completion Superintendent within the Drilling Chain of Command with regards to Technological Major Risks in particular Blow Out.
- Lead the communication with offshore operational Team, Logistics department and vis-a-vis at Contractor side (Rig leader)
Is this you?
- Technician or Engineering profile (Master's degree of Engineering or equivalent), with DCSI experience.
- Good knowledge of offshore and specifically deepwater environment.
- Fluent english
