Introduction

On behalf of our client, a World Leading Energy Company, Brunel is presently sourcing a Contracts Owner to support the Governance, Administration and Performance of Maintenance Contracts. This will be a 12 month contract located in the heart of the CBD, offering flexible working arrangements.

About this role

  • You will be responsible for driving contractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and supporting safe, effective service delivery across supported assets
  • Manage the performance, governance and administration of maintenance contracts
  • Implement contract strategies that support safety, operational performance, contractor productivity and cost efficiency
  • Drive contractor performance through KPI management and performance improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with contractors and key stakeholders
  • Lead contractor performance reviews and contract governance forums
  • Steward contractor compliance with safety and operational excellence management processes
  • Provide contract financial stewardship including budget management, cost control and invoice verification
  • Support pre-award and post-award contract administration activities including bid assessments, negotiations, amendments and governance documentation
  • Support maintenance execution through effective contract strategies and commercial arrangements
  • Collaborate with Maintenance, Turnaround, Asset, Supply Chain and Project teams
  • Maintain accurate, auditable and compliant contract documentation and records
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve contract outcomes and contractor performance
