Manage the EPCI, FEED and Long Lead Item (LLI) contract process for Offshore from contract strategy workshops, contract type selection, preparation of the ITTs, review and evaluation of tender documents, through to contract award and day-to-day contract administration.

Manage all post-award activities not limited to preparation of formal correspondence (i.e., letters), change orders, claims, insurance & guarantees administration.
Manage contracts and LLIs from award through to completion.
Develop contracting scenarios to support effective Contracting Strategy workshops.
Lead the PMT in preparation of FEED/EPCI/LLI contracts in partnership with Legal and Supply departments.
Advise on the process to produce technical bid evaluation plans, procedures, and models for evaluating technical bids.
Coordinate with contractors to ensure that terms of the contract are fulfilled in compliance with the contract terms and regulations.

Advise Offshore Project Management Team in handling major change orders and claims and negotiations with contractors and LLI suppliers, interfacing with Supply and Legal departments as needed.
Advise contractor claims effectively and resolves issues on behalf of the company and coordinates legal issues with Supply and Legal departments.
Coordinate the transfer of the LLI contracts through novation or free issue to the chosen EPIC contractor.
Advise on the breach of contract in a timely manner.
Review contract agreements to identify and recommend amendments and improvements of existing contracts for inclusion in future project contracts.
8 years of experience in contract management related to contracts including a minimum of 4 years in the Oil & Gas Industry and at least 1 year experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor/ subcontractors/ service/ vendor personnel.
Experience in contract formulation activities, systems, and processes across a broad range of Contracts.
Experience with Oil & Gas Companies, contractors, subcontractors, vendors or service companies involved in the oil and gas industry.
Knowledge in project business related function/discipline such as planning, scheduling, cost control, estimating, claims, management, risk management, change management, procurement, pre- and post-award contract management, actionable and informative reporting, support services, lessons learned, etc.
Knowledge in international standards, best practices and methodologies as it relates to business disciplines.
SME level competence in candidate's specific business discipline.
Knowledge of relevant business processes/procedures.
Experience with risk assessment approach in decision making.
