The successful candidate will work closely with project, procurement, legal, and commercial teams to ensure contractual compliance and successful contract execution.
About this role
- Administer and manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, from award to close-out.
- Monitor contract performance, deliverables, milestones, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Support contract negotiations, amendments, variations, and claims management.
- Maintain contract documentation and ensure accurate record management.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, legal, and operational teams to resolve contractual issues.
- Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, governance requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Prepare contract reports and provide commercial support to project stakeholders.
Is this you?
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or commercial roles within the mining, oil & gas, energy, EPC, or heavy industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of contract administration, commercial terms, procurement processes, and contract governance.
- Experience supporting complex project contracts and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work at the project site as required.
