Job Title: Claims Manager/Contract Manager

Location: Nederland, TX

Company: Established EPC

Rotation: 3 months on / 2 weeks off (unpaid leave)

Working Time: 56 hours/week, Monday to Friday: 10 hours/day, Saturday: 6 hours

Scope of Work:

  • Assist Project Management in preparing and negotiating claims/change orders.
  • Collect data and supporting information for claims.
  • Prepare documentation and change order forms.
  • Correspond with disciplines to gather necessary information.
  • Generate overviews/logs of claims/change orders.
  • Report to Project Manager and MD.
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary activities related to claims and change order management.

Key Skills:

  • Knowledge of contractual agreements.
  • Understanding of claims processes and industry regulations.

Is this you?

Specific Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Fluent in English (reading & writing).
  • Experience as a Claims Manager, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry, ideally in the US.
  • Legal background preferred.
