Introduction

  • Campaign & Shutdown Supervisor will execute planned campaigns and shutdowns to ensure timely delivery of maintenance activities;
  • Provide daily reports to Campaign Lead to show ongoing progress of campaign;
  • Manage contractor resources to ensure safe and reliable execution of activities;
  • Contribute to the development of the level 4 campaign plans to maintain critical path and minimize production loss;
  • Directly Reports to: Campaign Lead and Head of Shutdown/Campaign;
  • Indirectly Reports to: OIM on platform and Offshore Area Manager;
  • The Campaign Supervisor is responsible for the execution of planned campaigns;
  • Trips to the onshore office are required on an ad-hoc basis;

About this role

  • Offshore responsible for the delivery of assigned campaigns/Shutdowns in compliance to the agreed Level 4 campaign plan;
  • Reinforce Incident Free culture through all activities with all Campaign/Contract staff, maintain an incident free reporting culture within work site;
  • Provide input to the planning sequence, optimizing for resource and production gains for all assigned campaigns and shutdowns;
  • Provide input into HSE plans for all assigned shutdowns and campaigns;
  • Chair and participate in campaign shutdown meetings as required by operating rhythm;
  • Manage all pre scope activities including but not limited to development of scaffolding plans, lifting plans, Control of Work documentation;
  • Timely closure of actions assigned in the Campaign Team action log under respective remit;
  • Timely updating and close out of campaign work orders and creation of Z3 documentation;
  • Provide daily progress reporting in compliance with the daily S-Curve report;
  • Conduct daily safety tours, toolbox talk audits and ensure all safety issues are reported through on-site management;
  • Identify, provide input to and improve Campaign processes;
  • Deliver all activities in compliance with the campaign key date schedule;
  • Provide offshore oversite and guidance to the Campaign Work Preparators;
  • Provide daily feedback to the campaign team, reporting preparation/execution progress and highlighting potential;
  • Ensure Vendors/Contractors Performance is tracked and fed back to Contract Owner;
  • Proactively take responsibility for self-progression by keeping, up to date with latest developments, knowledge, and Innovations within relevant field of expertise;
  • Ad-hoc tasks as requested by line manager;
  • Ensure effective and efficient scheduling of work is in place to enhance safety, minimize process equipment downtime and operational costs;
  • Practice financial prudence in all decisions.

Is this you?

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience preferably in the petrochemical, refining, Oil & Gas exploration and / or similar Industries in a similar role;
  • Experience of large-scale campaigns/shutdowns coordination preferably in the petrochemical, refining, Oil & Gas exploration and I or production Industries;
  • Detailed knowledge of legislation/regulations relevant to maintenance campaign discipline;
  • Significant knowledge of offshore plant and equipment and maintenance systems;
  • Recognized level of expertise in campaign preparation execution;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Good knowledge of maintenance and inspection management tools (SAP module PM & MM);
  • Fluent in English (listening, writing, and speaking) and its technical vocabulary;
  • Medically fit to travel to offshore oil & gas platform;
  • Good knowledge of MS office software and familiarity with Primavera P6 planning software;
  • Experienced and knowledgeable of Campaign Management, packaged prepared and resourced as turnkey activities;
  • Result driven approach and attitude.
