About this role

  • Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related platforms.
  • Translate engineering designs, technical drawings (including P&ID where applicable) into coordinated BIM models for project execution.
  • Perform clash detection and coordination, ensuring timely resolution of design and interface issues across disciplines.
  • Prepare and extract 2D drawings, shop drawings, and model-based documentation for submissions and construction use.
  • Coordinate with engineers, project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure models are aligned with project requirements and standards.
  • Support scan-to-BIM processes and validate as-built conditions where required.
  • Maintain compliance with BIM standards, project BEP (BIM Execution Plan), and Common Data Environment (CDE) protocols.
  • Generate and manage BIM reports, including clash reports, quantity take-offs, and model progress updates.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving constructability and coordination issues during design and construction phases.
  • Ensure timely updates of models and documentation in line with project changes and revisions.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Process, or related discipline).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Semiconductor / Electronics industry.
  • Experience or knowledge in Ultra Pure Water (UPW) and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) systems is required.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM-related software tools.
  • Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and drawing production.
  • Familiarity with engineering drawings, P&ID, or plant/infrastructure systems is an advantage.
  • Understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and Common Data Environment (CDE) practices.
  • Strong attention to detail with good coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities, with experience working in multi-disciplinary environments.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced project setting.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
