Introduction

On behalf of our client, Woodside Energy - a Global Energy Company, Brunel is presently recruiting a HR Administrator to support activities to their offices around the world. This will be a casual contract located at their Corporate Perth CBD office.

About this role

You will join the experienced and high performing Workforce Administration Team in providing support to the broader HR function and the business as a whole.

  • Liaising with HR Business Partners, Business Leaders and employees regarding transactional changes
  • Creating Contracts of Employment and other HR documentation
  • Entering Contractual changes into SuccessFactors - the HRIS system
  • Interpreting and administering complex remuneration changes
  • Managing and responding to multiple employee queries via our Case Management system
  • Driving continuous improvements identifying opportunities to reduce manual processing and improve team efficiency

Is this you?

  • Previous use of an enterprise HRIS would be highly beneficial - SuccessFactors EC or SAP preferred, but other large ERP systems such as Oracle will be considered
  • Utilisation of the Case Management system - Service Now, for HR queries; previous experience will be well received, but is not essential
  • High level of attention to detail as you will be responsible for processing a high volume of detailed HR transactions
  • A proactive approach and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to engage with people across the business
  • A positive attitude and the ability to enjoy your work whilst delivering great business outcomes
