We are seeking a skilled Survey Support Engineer to join our team in Delft, Netherlands. This contract-based position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge offshore survey technology and operations.

Functieomschrijving

Test equipment prior to shipment or mobilization.
Perform equipment calibrations and adhere to preventive-maintenance schedules.
Diagnose and resolve faults in equipment and data networks.
Maintain accurate equipment administration, reporting, and tracking records.
Interface survey sensors and systems with vessels, ROVs, and online/offline systems.
Liaise effectively with on-board Survey Engineers during operations.
Communicate technical issues with relevant supervisors and asset managers.

Vereisten

MTS electronics degree (HNC level).
Knowledge of analogue electronics, interfacing techniques, and digital signal processing.
Offshore survey industry experience in pipeline or subsea construction projects.
Knowledge of ROVs, acoustic positioning, and general survey systems
Ability to identify, diagnose, and repair technical issues efficiently.
Skilled in testing complex survey sensors and systems for operational readiness.
Competence in liaising with engineers and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Proficiency in preparing work packages including technical documentation.
