Introduction

This is a relationship‑led, field‑based sales role focused on winning new business while managing and growing existing accounts. You'll position EcoCycle as the trusted partner for compliant dental waste and amalgam recycling, while developing deep industry knowledge and becoming a recognised expert in dental waste solutions.

What are you going to do 

  • Identify and win new business across independent dental clinics, multi‑site practices, dental corporates, universities and hospitals
  • Develop and execute territory growth plans
  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with practice owners, managers and procurement teams
  • Deliver tailored proposals, quotes and service agreements
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Conduct regular client visits to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
  • Represent EcoCycle at industry events, trade shows and conferences
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipelines and forecasts
  • Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or account management (healthcare or dental highly regarded)
  • Confident engaging senior stakeholders and decision‑makers
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building skills
  • Target‑driven, self‑motivated and comfortable working autonomously
  • Commercially minded with a customer‑first approach
  • Passion for sustainability, compliance and responsible waste management
  • Valid Australian working rights and driver's licence
