What are you going to do 

Supporting one of our clients, a multinational company in the oil & gas and offshore sector, we are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Spare Parts Analyst to support spare parts operations and commercial activities for Brazilian customers.

Based in Rio de Janeiro, this professional will be part of a commercial team responsible for quotations, order processing, customer follow-up, and internal coordination to ensure efficient service and support for major players in the Brazilian offshore industry.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing spare parts quotations for customers
  • Processing incoming orders and keeping customers informed on ongoing orders until delivery
  • Following up orders internally with other departments at our office & workshop

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Good knowledge of ERP systems; experience with Dynamics 365 is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Experience in spare parts sales.
  • Experience with offshore or oil & gas customers is highly valued, particularly within the Brazilian market
  • Basic technical understanding to interpret incoming customer inquiries; ideally a technical education or relevant work experience in a related technical field.
  • Good communication skills in both Portuguese and English
