What are you going to do 

  • Steuerung und Verantwortung komplexer IT-Projekte und Programme - vom Kick-off bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe
  • Planung, Koordination und Führung aller relevanten Projektressourcen über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Zeit-, Budget- und Qualitätszielen
  • Transparentes Reporting von Projektstatus, Risiken, Abweichungen und Maßnahmen an Kunden und Stakeholder
  • Proaktives Risiko-, Eskalations- und Stakeholdermanagement
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung geeigneter Lösungsstrategien bei Termin- oder Lieferengpässen
  • Steuerung interdisziplinärer Projektteams sowie Koordination aller beteiligten Fachbereiche
  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen Kundenbetreuung und eines hohen Qualitätsanspruchs in der Projektdurchführung
  • Aktive Weiterentwicklung unserer Projektmanagement-Methoden, Standards und Best Practices
  • Verantwortung für ein professionelles Transition Management und die erfolgreiche Übergabe in den Regelbetrieb
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen und Projektabläufen zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Projekterfolg

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit technischem Schwerpunkt, z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Digital Business Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer IT-Projekte und/oder IT-Programme
  • Idealerweise Praxiserfahrung in den Bereichen IT-Infrastruktur, Cloud Services und Managed Services
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in klassischen Projektmanagement-Methoden sowie Zertifizierungen wie PRINCE2; Kenntnisse agiler Frameworks und Best Practices, z. B. Scrum und ITIL, sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im professionellen Stakeholder-, Risiko- und Eskalationsmanagement
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Ergebnisorientierung sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden, Management und Projektteams
  • Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein ausgeprägter Tatendrang
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internationalen Teams
