Deine Aufgaben

  • Du nimmst Anforderungen auf, strukturierst diese und erstellst präzise Anforderungsspezifikationen (User Stories, Pflichtenhefte).
  • Du betreust unsere Kunden als kompetenter Ansprechpartner und pflegst den aktiven Austausch mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern.
  • Du planst das Rollout unserer Softwarelösungen, begleitest die Implementierung und stellst eine reibungslose Übergabe sicher.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Ressourcen-, Zeit- und Budgetplanung und steuerst Teilprojekte eigenverantwortlich.

Essential skills and knowledge

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit IT-Fokus oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung).
  • Starkes Interesse an moderner Softwareentwicklung und den dazugehörigen Management- und Steuerungsprozessen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Auftreten mit Kundensorientierung und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln.
  • Anpackende, strukturierte Denkweise und Freude an der Arbeit im Team.
