What are you going to do 

  • Entwicklung und Abstimmung produktbezogener Roadmaps gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen und relevanten Stakeholdern
  • Verantwortung für die produkt- und teamübergreifende Priorisierung strategischer Anforderungen und Initiativen
  • Strukturierung und Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in umsetzbare Epics, Features und User Stories
  • Sicherstellung hochwertiger Product Backlogs als Grundlage für belastbare Umsetzungsplanungen
  • End-to-End-Steuerung strategischer IT-Initiativen von der Idee bis zum Go-Live und Hypercare
  • Steuerung und Moderation von Stakeholdern auf Fachbereichs-, Projekt- und Managementebene
  • Begleitung internationaler Rollouts sowie Koordination produktübergreifender Abhängigkeiten

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Studiengang Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Logistik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement, IT-Projektmanagement oder in der Steuerung komplexer IT-Vorhaben erforderlich
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Einführung und Transformation von SAP-Lösungen sowie in SAP-nahen Projektumgebungen ist ein Must-Have
  • Erfahrung in der Anwendung agiler Methoden und Frameworks, insbesondere Scrum und Kanban notwendig
  • Erfahrung als Product Owner, Agile Projektmanager oder Scrum Master in größeren Transformationsprojekten wünschenswert
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
