Introduction

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join a leading international company in the offshore foundation equipment industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in foundation equipment, piling equipment, offshore wind, offshore equipment, or heavy capital equipment sales. This role focuses on business development, key account management, and growing sales across the assigned region.

What are you going to do 

  • Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.

  • Promote and sell foundation equipment, piling equipment, offshore equipment, and heavy capital equipment.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, infrastructure companies, and key industrial customers.

  • Identify new customers and expand the existing customer base.

  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

  • Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalization.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Attend customer meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and industry events.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.

  • Travel as required to meet customers and support business growth.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • 6-9 years of experience in technical or capital equipment sales.

  • Experience in Foundation Equipment, Piling Equipment, Hydrohammer, Vibro Hammer, Offshore Equipment, or Offshore Wind equipment sales is preferred.

  • Candidates from heavy capital equipment, construction equipment, marine, renewable energy, or oil & gas industries will also be considered.

  • Strong business development and key account management experience.

  • Experience in techno-commercial sales, tendering, and contract negotiations.

  • Good understanding of EPC, infrastructure, offshore, or industrial projects.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to build strong customer relationships.

  • Willingness to travel as required.
