What are you going to do 

  • Manuelle Bearbeitung und Prüfung von Anmeldungen steuerbarer Verbrauchseinrichtungen nach § 14a EnWG
  • Monitoring der automatisierten Anmeldestrecke sowie Bearbeitung von Klärfällen und Systemfehlern
  • Fachliche Bearbeitung von Anfragen zu §14a durch Kunden und Elektriker
  • Nachforderung und Prüfung fehlender Kundendaten über definierte Kommunikationswege
  • Klärung von Sonderfällen und Beschwerden in komplexen Sachverhalten

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischem Hintergrund aus der Elektrotechnik oder sind ausgebildetet als Techniker der Elektrotechnik und haben Interesse an der Sachbearbeitung
  • Sie besitzen gute SAP-Kenntnisse, Verständnis für regulatorische Anforderungen und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, Problemlösungskompetenz, Verständnis automatisierter Prozesse und IT-Affinität bringen Sie mit
  • Sie haben grundlegendes Fachwissen zu § 14a EnWG, Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sie arbeiten strukturiert, haben eine schriftliche hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und arbeiten sehr genau
  • Abteilungsübergreifende Kommunikations- und Abstimmungsfähigkeit ist Ihnen ein besonderes Anliegen
