What are you going to do 

  • Steuerung, Überwachung und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs innerhalb der Großserienfertigung
  • Planung, Terminierung und Nachverfolgung von Fertigungsaufträgen unter Berücksichtigung von Kapazitäten, Materialverfügbarkeit und Lieferterminen
  • Abstimmung mit den Bereichen Produktion, Logistik, Einkauf und Qualitätssicherung zur Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Fertigung
  • Analyse von Fertigungskennzahlen sowie Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen
  • Identifikation und Bearbeitung von Engpässen sowie Entwicklung von Lösungsansätzen zur Sicherstellung der Produktionsziele
  • Pflege und Überwachung relevanter Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten im ERP-System
  • Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Fertigungs- und Planungsprozessen
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Reports und Produktionsübersichten für interne Stakeholder

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker, Meister oder Fachwirt
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Fertigungssteuerung, Produktionsplanung oder Arbeitsvorbereitung innerhalb einer Großserienfertigung
  • Erfahrung im Automotive-Umfeld oder in einer vergleichbaren serienorientierten Industrie von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP) sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Produktionsabläufe, Materialflüsse und Kapazitätsplanung
  • Analytische Denkweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Organisations- und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Fähigkeit zur bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
