Introduction

What are you going to do 

We are seeking an experienced HVAC / Mechanical Inspector to perform inspection, verification and quality assurance activities for mechanical and HVAC works during project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections of HVAC and mechanical installation activities.
  • Verify compliance with project specifications, drawings and applicable standards.
  • Perform installation, dimensional and quality inspections.
  • Witness testing, flushing, pressure testing and functional testing activities.
  • Monitor contractor workmanship and maintain inspection records.
  • Raise and track non-conformances where necessary.
  • Participate in punch listing, walkdowns and system handovers.
  • Work closely with QA/QC, construction and commissioning teams.
  • Diploma or Technical Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HVAC or mechanical inspection.
  • Experience in oil and gas, shipyard, FPSO projects.
  • Familiarity with QA/QC documentation, inspection reports and testing requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Project: FPSO

Location: Tuas Boulevard Yard, Singapore

Duration: 12 Months

Work Schedule: 6 Days per Week, 10 Hours per Day

Salary: SGD 7000/month
