Introduction

Brunel is looking for a Human Resources Analyst to work with one of our clients! This position will be an outsourced contract, 4x1 hybrid schedule, based in our Rio de Janeiro office.

What are you going to do 

  • Conduct employee onboarding processes, from document collection and verification to registration completion;
  • Perform and maintain updated employee registrations in HR systems;
  • Work directly in SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring the correct insertion and maintenance of information;
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies in onboarding processes;
  • Support internal areas and new employees with guidance related to onboarding;
  • Interface with partner areas (payroll, benefits, legal, and recruitment) to ensure process integration;
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary information and documentation;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding and registration processes.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Prior experience in employee onboarding and registration procedures;
  • Solid proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors (mandatory requirement);
  • Knowledge of labor laws applicable to onboarding processes;
  • Organized profile, with attention to detail and good deadline management skills.

Desirable Requirements

  • Intermediate English for reading and basic communication;
  • Experience in medium or large corporate environments;
  • Experience with structured HR processes and system integration.
