Introduction

Brunel is looking for an HR Analyst with a focus on labor documentation to work with one of our clients! This position will be a permanent, outsourced contract, 4x1 schedule, based in our Rio de Janeiro office.

What are you going to do 

  • Perform analysis, verification, organization, and submission of labor documentation required in contracts, ensuring full adherence to contractual and legal requirements.
  • Accompany the control of ancillary obligations (eSocial, FGTS Digital, SEFIP, RAIS, DIRF, among others), ensuring deadlines and compliance to avoid withholding of invoices.
  • Monitor labor audits and inspections related to contracts, acting preventively in the identification and resolution of pending issues.
  • Manage dealings with internal areas, accounting, legal, and clients, ensuring an efficient flow of information and documents.
  • Operate and update information in management systems and portals (e.g., SIFAC, audit platforms, and ERPs).
  • Maintain administrative controls and reports to monitor the documentary status of contracts.
  • Provide support to Human Resources demands related to admissions, dismissals, payroll, charges, and benefits, when applicable to contracts.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Administration, or related fields.
  • Previous experience with labor documentation.
  • Solid knowledge of Personnel Department routines and labor/social security legislation.
  • Experience with ancillary obligations and controls that impact billing and invoice release.
  • Experience with management systems and portals (e.g., SIFAC, audit platforms, and ERPs).
  • Experience in the oil and gas sector.
  • Organized, adaptable, proactive profile with good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Desirable: Intermediate English
