Introduction

Brunel is looking for an HR Analyst with a focus on Payroll to work with one of our clients! This position will be an outsourced contract, 4x1 hybrid schedule, based in our Rio de Janeiro office.

What are you going to do 

  • Execute and verify payroll processes, including admissions, dismissals, vacations, leaves of absence, and terminations;
  • Perform the calculation and verification of labor charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, among others);
  • Actively manage and send information to eSocial, ensuring deadlines and legal compliance;
  • Provide support for vacation routines, 13th-month salary, and other periodic events;
  • Assist employees and internal areas to clarify questions related to payroll;
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring correct documentation and records;
  • Work collaboratively with other HR areas, contributing to process improvements.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Prior experience in payroll routines;
  • Consistent experience with vacations, labor charges, and eSocial;
  • Generalist profile, with the ability to work in multiple areas of payroll;
  • Intermediate/advanced proficiency in the ADP system (mandatory requirement);
  • Knowledge of current labor and social security legislation.

Desirable Requirements

  • Intermediate English for reading and basic communication;
  • Experience in environments with a high volume of payroll processing;
  • Experience in medium or large-sized companies.
